What we need
Source Business Leads will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data which does not include any special types of information or location based information. This does however include name, address, email, contact telephone numbers etc…
Why we need it
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with notice in writing of any contractual or marketing services you may wish to avail of by utilizing our services we also provide analysis services in line with this overall contract with our Business partners. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.
What we do with it
All the personal data we process is processed by our staff in the UK & Ireland- Our information systems are located within the UK and are secured by adequate cyber security on site. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.
We have a data protection regime with enforced policies and procedures in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data. More information on this framework can be found on request.
How long will we keep it
Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. More information on our retention schedule can be issued on request.
What we also like to do with it
We would however like to use your name and email address for review and evaluation purposes and for services attached to the original purpose or purposes for which we used your data. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email.

Who do we share your information with?
Source Business Leads work on behalf of various third party partner organisations and represent those partners directly and subsequently are subject to the terms and conditions and Data Protection practice of each individual working partner, we will only share information with parties as directed by each individual campaign and as the guidance within each privacy notice specifies, all records will be kept by Source Business Leads indefinitely or as our Data Retention Policy states.
What are your rights
If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate this matter.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we are processing your personal data in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
